The Victorinox All-in-One cutting board is made out of dishwasher-resistant, environmentally friendly paper composite material, which, thanks to its natural elasticity, is very gentle on the knife blade. The cutting board can withstathe nd heat of 175 °C, so it can also be used as a pan tray. The groove around the outer edge collects the liquids produced during the processing of meat and fruit, and the non-slip corners and the hanging hole also increase the practicality of the cutting board. The dimensions of the cutting board are 292 x 228 x 6 mm. About the material: The material consists of sheets of paper that are pressed together using uniform heat and pressure. The end result is a solid, balanced, and durable material. The products are manufactured in the USA in Wisconsin.

All waste and surplus material generated during the production process is tried to be minimized, reused or recycled whenever possible. The heat is also recovered and used to heat the warehouses in winter. The material has e.g. GREENGUARD and FSC® certificates.
