MIELI Mental Health Finland provides crisis support and assistance in difficult life situations. We strengthen mental health, teach mental health skills, and prevent mental health issues and suicides throughout Finland.

MIELI offers free and confidential crisis support when something happens in life that exceeds your own coping abilities. Help is available without a referral via phone, face-to-face, and online.
