A general term of delivery is Available in Mastermark's warehouse in Turku. With printed products, we reserve the right to deliver 10 % more or less than the quantity ordered. The complaint period is 7 days from delivery. The seller is released from all liability for not fulfilling delivery obligations due to events beyond its control, such as war, military mobilisation, strikes, lockouts, fires, accidents, logistic challenges or other force majeure events, or due to the factory or supplier of the goods not fulfilling their delivery obligations. In the event that currency rates fluctuate more than 5%, the seller reserves the right to adjust the prices from the date of order accordingly. All delivered products are the property of Mastermark until they paid in full. All prices are listed without VAT.
