Joulukakku

A traditional Christmas cake made in Finland, filled with the delicious flavours of the festive season: cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, complemented by generous amounts of fruit, cherries, chocolate and nuts. Cake base: WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG powder, potato starch, raising agents (E450, E500, WHEAT), WHEAT starch, dextrose, vegetable oil (rapeseed), colour (E160a), flavouring, salt, WHEAT malt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), emulsifier (E471), rapeseed oil, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.

Diced fruit: glucose-fructose syrup, papaya, lemon peel, orange peel, cherry, sugar, colours (E131, E120), acidity regulator (E330), preservative (SULPHUR DIOXIDE).

Chocolate drops: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322), natural vanilla flavouring.

Preserved cherries: cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330), colour (E120), SULPHUR DIOXIDE.

Nuts: HAZELNUT / WALNUT / CASHEW NUT / ALMOND.

Chocolate coating: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), MILK powder, emulsifiers (lecithin, E492).

Rum.

Decorative powder: dextrose, maize starch, vegetable fat.
