New premises ready and in use, August 2019
We are expanding our warehouse by 600 squaremetres of high storage space. The new expansion is built to connect with our old warehouse. The expansion will improve our logistic efficiency and will offer a functioning and safe working environment for our employees. It will also ensure that we are able to serve our customers even better in the future.

New enterprise resource planning system, spring 2020
We are transferring to a new enterprise resource planning system (ERP system) during spring 2020. The new ERP system will be designed spesifically for us and is a significant investement that will improve and support our service cycle. We believe that the new ERP system will help us offer service that is even more faster and of higher quality.

Fine tuning our processes
We are committed to develop our service cycle and we follow our customer satisfaction actively. We started using the international ISO 9001 quality and leadership standards in 2016. We are constantly updating our service guidelines and processes. The next auditing will be held in September 2019 by Kiwa Inspecta.

Hiring new people
During the year 2019, we have employed more people to our teams in sales, customer service and marketing. We believe that by finding the most suitable people for each job and by great team leaderships we are able to offer a positive customer experience for everyone.
